We prefer to look at it as a tactical and logically sound approach to dealing with violent confrontations. The approach of Krav Maga is based upon principles. One principle is that fewer techniques solve most problems that you will encounter which in turn requires less thought process to defend yourself. Krav Maga is real world training that gives you the skill sets to face the threats that we currently face in our society. The rough Hebrew translation is “contact combat or close contact”.

Krav Maga is a very simplistic, no nonsense, and a practical method of self-defense.
