Our instructors have been training under the chief commanders and lead instructors of the Israeli Defense Forces for the past several years. The chief commander of the IDF for Krav Maga is in charge of ALL hand to hand combat taught within the entire Israeli Military, including the elite forces and Israeli Police.

Kingdom Krav Maga is a fun, fast paced Krav Maga training center. We serve Mississippi, Tennessee, and the mid south. We specialize in AUTHENTIC Krav Maga self-defense training. We also offer women’s and children’s self-defense training classes. Weapons disarming, ground defense, knife fighting, carjacking, and home defense classes are also offering throughout the year. Private lessons and classes are also available for each of these.

My name is Adrienne Moore and my daughter Maggie is twelve years old and my son Maximus is eleven years old. My children and I started training with Kingdom Krav Maga in August, 2018. I wanted to learn self-defense, and I wanted to learn techniques I could use immediately. I am a previously certified RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) instructor and taught RAD seminars to women who were victims of domestic violence. RAD is a good system, but limited to situations related to domestic violence and rape defense techniques. I wanted to expand my skills and learn how to defend myself in any situation. I work and practice law in downtown Memphis, Tennessee and Mississippi, but I cannot take weapons into a courthouse, thus I do not carry a weapon of any sort. After researching different self-defense methods, I decided to learn Krav Maga because I would learn techniques I could use immediately, and I would learn to defend myself in any situation without weapons. I chose Kingdom Krav because it offered the type and levels of Krav Maga I wanted to learn, and best of all my children and I take classes at the same time.
